- Currently, 90% of clients send requests not through LMS. This situation needs to be changed.
- Need to consider the integration with Outlook Calendar for the MTL staff's assignments
- Need to explore the integration with some Scheduling tool - which is similar as the reservation tool which many nail salons are using
- Think about a long-term picture instead of simply duplicating the existing LMS functionalities
