Program Dropdown
- Are they running any reports? Specifically using programs to sort or report out
- Remove Civic Center or CDBG
- This is broken down as PW CAP program
  - Follow rate sheet
- Funding Program/Budget Book is dependent on FMS ID and doesn’t need
  - However, CSA is based on the Budget Book Program; plug in APPN or FMS ID which looks in the budget book for CSA
- Suzanne to review the program list

- Benchmarking be automated would be great; Consultant would be willing to take an excel of the information and get rid of the yellow sheet
- WiFi, airports, utility undergrounding (Rule 20A and Rule 20B), resurfacing, PW maintenance would not fall under benchmarking
  - PW Maintenance shouldn’t go into CPMS?
  - Only PW as implementation department would be reported to benchmarking; team filters by PW
