  • Need to clean the following lists in database
    • Department/Division/Section
    • Project Type
    • Project Classification
    • Project Phase
  • Discuss with Brian Lee, Michael Mai and ESD about the need of SWPPP, C3, C6 alerts.
    The current CPMS triggers alert popups to remind PMs filling Stormwater form in the following 3 situations:
    • when a new project is being created and its SWPPP or C3 options are checked
    • when baselines are locked
    • when the design completion actual schedule date is entered
  • Need to decide if FMS ID field should be added into project creation page as an optional field
  • Need to discuss which fields should be optional on the project creation page
  • Auto-populate the current login user as the Implementation Manager
  • Change "Owner" to "Partner". Need to confirm with PO.

Nice-to-have feature: Location

Aziza AmiriAziza suggested that CPMS integrates a tool for PMs - to draw the project location in a map and send the map to GIS team for digitizing on the CPMS ArcGIS Online map.


Action Items:

  • Clean the lists in the first bullet
  • Discuss the Stormwater needs with Brian, Michael or ESD
  • Confirm the change from ""Owner" to "Partner" with Matt
  • Review the fields which are required in the Project Intake Form
