If we move this to Project Portal Reporting - we have mostly all fields. Green shows its already there. We can create Presets for the reports #1 & #2 or extend Contracts Reports and include radio button choices for different reports.

This is an important report which never got done. This can be used by Matt Cano when he meets union leaders to discuss consultant vs city contracts.
