• RFIs - Contractor submit files within SharePoint and Project manager/consultant will respond to the RFIs

  • We might have to build a system ?

  • How would the PMs want to handle RFIs? Through CPMS or contractor will email them RFIs and then PMs will email back and maybe they upload the end product in Project Files

• CPMS Start-up form

  • Project Name, CPMS number, charge number will be required

  • Number of days in contract & First chargeable day can be estimate and blank

• Should we just auto-add the project in CMS & then Frank and PMs can just update delegates within CMS

  • For Phase I, Add an email button in project inspector to email CMS team

• Renamed CMS NTP date as first chargeable date

• VPM Holiday

  • Juneteenth added last year

  • Juneteenth will need to be added in Holiday_dates

  • Lunar Holiday will need to be added next holiday

  • This topic will need more talk between CMS team internally. They will get back to us on this topic.

• Permit projects

  • This is just for Record keeping

    • NTP is issued for the contract issued dated

    • Completion Date are manual entry aka when contracts expire

• Project plans they need to have a way for them to see it within project files

• Does PMs CC external users RFIs in email instead of using CMS sharepoint

  • Remove Change order, RFIs, submittal
