Why do certain textboxes have aqua blue background?

  • To make the page interesting

  • Because aqua blue is pretty

  • Has no meaning at all. CPMS is an old/broken tool and doesn’t know what its doing.

New employee has joined and needs to be added as a delegate in an existing project. Why don’t I see the new employee name in the CPMS Users list?

  • I didn’t holler at CPMS Team to add the person

Why is actual project acceptance date text field grayed out?

When to lock baseline dates?

  • There is no need to lock dates

Budget/Expense

What is FMS? Why do I need it in CPMS?

  • FMS is Functional Movement Screen and is used to record motor control. There is no need of it in CPMS as CPMS is an old tool and doesn’t know what its doing.

  • FMS is Financial Management System to manage budget. CPMS tracks project details and there is no need of it in CPMS.

  • FMS is Financial Management System to manage budget. I need it to connect the 2 systems (FMS and CPMS) so that it show the allocated budget and expense summary.

  • FMS is Flying Monkey Syndrome where bosses are making things up - You can almost see monkeys flying out. We don’t need it in CPMS.
