• WSWD

  • WSWD can include Weekends because of working days vs calendar days

  • Contractor & address usually never change

  • Checkbox acknowledgement for project inspector and only that person can check it

  • Bid No. (AKA Charge Number) - Get rid of it

  • Report No. - once put in a number then it populates the future ones

  • Carbon copy disclaimer - Add to WSWD under Notes:

• Working Day Type

  • New: Other - Would count as a non-working day

    • Name the new option as Non-working Day caused by Other

    • Renamed None of the Above to this new one

• Dropdowns

  • Classification dropdown - global dropdown

  • Equipment - Local/prj level

  • Unit of Measure - global level

• Recycling section of Daily logs remove

• Materials section of Daily Logs removed

Project Summary and project info

• Project Summary - Change Bid Number to Charge Number

• Within Add Project form Add the Contractor Field + Address

  • Add the Field in project summary

• Email Notification for Change order on main inspector

• Project Inspectors only show up within landing page listing

• Generic email - no need just keep the notification checkbox within project users

• Time card dropdown use that project users within that Edit Project Users

• Principal Inspector has the final say in who is the main project inspector for that project

Punch List

• Corrective Action Items can be removed

  • Keep Punch List Items

    • Print Report and send to the contractor

Project Admins

• Keep these modules

  • Project info

    • Address defaults to central service yard

    • Working Days with calendar days and working day

    • WSWD is on for CIP project and off for permit project

    • Rename task manager to Percent Complete of Project

    • Remove

      • Payments option

      • Remove vendor number Pucharse order number

  • Project users

  • Bid schedule

  • VPM Report

    • Keep: WSWDS, Punch List, WSWDs (move under Daily Logs)

    • Keep?: Change Order, RFIS, Submittals ← needs more discussion

• Project Admins Remove These modules

  • Archive Project

  • Payment reviewers

  • Storm water reports + project info

  • Remove markup & retention
