CMS - Solocator/Power Automate

Previous Plan:

• We create a shared SharePoint location with a predefined folder structure. Inspectors would have to select the correct folder to upload into via Solocator.

• We then use power automate to copy that file whenever it is created into the Daily Logs folder

Meeting notes 5/1/2025

• Inspector would take more photos than needed to be uploaded within Daily Logs so copying every photo would not be ideal for them

• Michael Miranda and Justin Hall would like just a simple place to hold all their photos and manually upload those files within CMS Daily Logs

  • They currently have this path: {Inspector Name} > {Daily Date} > photo taken

  • They will sort it themselves and then reupload it manually in CMS

• We need to look into:

  • Having a sync button in the manage file button that can let inspector sync their OneDrive folder into that date CMS file

  • If OneDrive doesn't work, can we create a shared SharePoint place that will replicate their OneDrive environment and use that sync button to sync their selected files for that specific Daily Log Dates
