Project Acceptance Date

Project Acceptance signifies that a project that has a notice of Acceptance filed with the County Recorder’s Office.  Project phases 1 through 5 have been completed.

This term should be applied to projects for which all activities leading up to and including construction have been completed (Phases 1 through 5).  All punch list items, maintenance periods, and outstanding construction issues are completed, and a Notice of Acceptance has been filed with the County Recorder’s Office.  Post-construction (Phase 6) activities may not be completed, and may still incur charges.
