  1. Project Manager - Change the current assigned Project Manager within CMS. This person will have access to the Project Admin tab for this project within CMS.

    1. Note: Changing PM here will not affect the assigned implementation manager within CPMS

  2. Project Inspector - Change the primary project inspector for this project

  3. CMS Project Users - Add more delegates to this project within CMS that can view and access this project

    1. Note: This list will mostly contain all inspectors that are within the same team as the assigned Project Inspector

  4. CPMS Delegates (CSJ Users) - Any users that are a delegate to the CIP project within CPMS will automatically have access to this CMS project

  5. CMS Delegates (External Users) - Add any users who are not employed by City of San Jose to view this project. The user may belong to either the contractor or the consultant listed for this project

  6. Add External Delegates - Open a popup to add any external user to this list
