Schedule of Quantity
Users can either add Schedule of Quantity (SoQ) manually via Add New Row or Import data via Excel sheet
Add New Row - Manually add a new row within the SoQ
Delete All Row - Delete all the rows that have been entered in this tab
Upload Excel - Users can import their Schedule of Quantity via Excel into this project
Note: For the import Excel to work the Excel sheet must follow this template:
Where the first row is the column names and all the following rows are data associated with the column name
a. After clicking Upload Excel and selecting a proper Excel template, you will be met with a screen to confirm the column mappings
1) Each dropdown labels will be associated with the Excel sheet data. Please use the dropdowns to verify the column names within Excel sheet are associated with the right dropdown labels. Ex: EST. QTY within excel sheet will be mapped to the Quantity column in CMS
2) Start Import will be enabled once all column mappings have be verified
1) Verify Schedule of Quantities Data - Scroll down and verify that all the data has been imported correctly
2) Units for a row may be formatted incorrectly within the Excel sheet. If this is the case, a dropdown may appear for you to select the correct units associated with the item.
3) Save Import will be enabled for saving once all Units have been standarized
a) Note: Saving import will delete any current Schedule of Quantities data within CMS before saving the new data from the import.
Action Items (Edit, Delete)
Edit (pencil icon) - Update any values for a current row.
Delete (Trash Icon) - Delete a row from SoQ
