Archiving, Activating, Deleting and Renaming Projects
As of April 2010, a feature has been added to CPMS for Archiving, Deleting & Renaming Projects. This feature was added to provide a consistent method for project managers to request these administrative functions. It also provides a log of who requested the change, when and why, as well as who perfomed the operation and when.
You can access this feature from the menu bar of the Project Input form.
Selection of this option brings up this dialog box:
The "Reason for Change" field is required!
When the user clicks on Submit Request, the request is emailed to the CIP Tech Team and is also recorded in the database.
