Note: Displayed Projects is based on the current logged in users.

A user can only see projects where they are either a Delegate, Design Contact, or Construction Contact of.

1. Filter Projects by Project Details

Keyword - In this search field, users can use a keyword to search on either project name, locations or notes of a project
Created By - Filter project based on who created that project within LMS
File Number - Filter a project based on its file number. (CPMS projects have CPMS project IDs for their file numbers, while Amanda projects have Amanda Code for their file numbers)
Inactive Project - Filter all projects that have been marked by MTL staff as inactive
Last 365 Days - Filter all projects that have been modified within the last year (By default it is checked)
Project Type - Filter on Amanda, CIP or Other
Owner Dept - Single selectable dropdown that filters projects based on departments.
Design Contact - Single selectable dropdown that filters project based who is the Design Contact listed for a project
Construction Contact - Single selectable dropdown that filters project based who is the Construction Contact listed for a project

2. Project Listing

List of projects based on the selected filters. Click on a Project Name to edit that project’s information
