LMS FAQ
If I have a CPMS account, do I need to create a LMS account?
Unfortunately yes. Since CPMS and LMS are two separate systems, they require a user to follow the respective account creation for both system. Please follow the LMS Account Creation Guide here.
What is my user name and password?
Your username and password is the same as the username and password you use to sign in to your computer and your Microsoft Suites.
Forgot my LMS password?
Your username and password is the same as the username and password you use to sign in to your computer and your Microsoft Suites. If recently you have changed your computer’s password then that is your LMS password.
How to add Delegate to a project?
During “Add New Work Request” in My Request page and “Add New Job” in Project Information page, any users you add in that “Delegate” field will be associated to that File Number/Projects
I removed a delegate but the user is still listed as a delegate?
Since CIP/CPMS projects delegates are imported from CPMS, the user will always show as a delegate within LMS. To remove them in LMS also, you would have to remove them as a delegate to that CPMS project
Why can’t I find my CPMS project within LMS?
CPMS projects are not imported into LMS and must be created within LMS at least once before it shows up in Project Information page and/or File Number Selection popup. (This process only needs to happen once per project)
For new CPMS projects, a user would have to follow the Create New Project guide.
