Getting Started

Go to the CPMS Home page at https://cpms.sanjoseca.gov using Google Chrome and click on "Capital Project Management System (CPMS) Login".

Its recommended to use Google Chrome browser. DO NOT use Internet Explorer.

This takes you to login page where you can create a new account.

You will be taken to this form. Use the Reasons for Access field to provide a general description of the tasks you plan to do in CPMS.

You will receive a welcome message and next steps to assign appropriate roles.
