Time Cards
Note: Time Card tab is only available/visible for Inter-Agency Projects
This feature is not available for CIP projects.
New Entry - Add an entry within Time Card with these details:
Note: Any unique dates will have an individual row in the table
Time Cards Detail - contains rows of the total hours logged for each dates
Action Items
Edit (Pencil Icon) - edit all the time card data for a specific date. See picture below
b. Report (Clipboard Icon) - Go to a report page for this particular day. See point 4 for more detail on Time Card Reports. Clicking the Report icon will auto-fill that specific date in the Date Range Filter
View Report - Show a reporting page for users to print a pdf of any data record within Time Cards for a project
a. Date Range Filter - By default it is empty to show all entries that have been recorded for this project. Choose a date range to see data for that specific date range
b. Time Card Data - Table that shows all data recorded based on selected filter
c. Print Icon - Opens a new tab to confirm downloading the table as a pdf. The data within the pdf will be affected by the filter selected.
